THE LIABILITY OF THE STATUTORY AUDITOR CEASES AS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH HE/SHE CEASES TO HOLD OFFICE
From the date on which the statutory auditor ceases to hold office for any reason, his liability shall cease. If he remains registered as statutory auditor in the commercial registry, it will not generate attribution of responsibilities inherent to this function, therefore, from the cessation of his functions, his alternate will be responsible.
