Legal representation and administration
The purpose of legal representation service is to act in name and on behalf of company in all those cases in which law or administrative or judicial authorities of country so require. In day-to-day terms, purpose of legal representation is to comply with formal obligations, mainly in tax matters.
-Fulfillment of legal obligations as legal representative under decisions and guidelines given by the Company’s directors.
-Fulfillment of statutory obligations as legal representative under decisions and guidelines issued by the Company’s directors.
-Signing contracts, certifications, agreements and documents in name and on behalf of the company.
-In addition, we will manage company’s books, that means, minutes book and will be in charge of development and follow-up of approved minutes.
-Not to communicate commercial and industrial reserve of company except by administrative order or judicial authority.
-Refrain from activities involving competition or conflict of interest.
